1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Yime.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.

2. Use of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Content and AI Interactions

Yime.ai provides an interactive platform using artificial intelligence. Character responses are generated by AI and do not represent the views of the platform. Users are prohibited from generating illegal, harmful, or non-consensual sexual content.

4. Recurring Adoption Card Billing

Automatic renewal is optional and off by default. It currently supports card payments only and starts only when you actively select it and confirm the purchase. To pay once with Alipay or WeChat Pay, leave automatic renewal off. For subscriptions, the first charge is the amount shown at checkout (including any one-time voucher), followed by the displayed regular price every 30 days until canceled. Each successful charge grants the listed Whale Gems and 30 days of benefits. You may cancel through the Stripe customer portal at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Failed charges may be retried, and no new benefits are granted unless payment succeeds.
